I'm very happy with the hydroflow device. I didn't have room for a traditional softener. It arrived quickly was very easy to install. The adapter wire was sufficient length for easy electrical access. I installed at the hot water heater. I noticed water quality improvement almost immediately. Softer and less deposits. The dishwasher actually works now. I wish I had discovered it years ago. I recommend the product.
After installing the unit and not seeing any difference in water quality, I reinstalled the unit closer to the hot water tank. Since then, the water quality (softeness) has improved significantly. The improvement has been significant.
