At HydroFLOW Canada, we stand behind the quality, reliability and durability of our electronic water-conditioning technology.
All HydroFLOW Residential, Commercial and Industrial manufacturer's warranties are backed by Hydropath Technology Ltd (UK), the manufacturer of HydroFLOW technology.
HydroFLOW Canada provides Canadian customer service, technical assistance and warranty claim coordination.
Warranty coverage and duration differ by product category, as outlined below.
1. Residential Products – 3-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
All eligible HydroFLOW residential products are backed by a 3-Year Manufacturer's Warranty provided by Hydropath Technology Ltd (UK), covering qualifying manufacturing defects, equipment faults and component failures.

The manufacturer's warranty provides three years of coverage from the original purchase date, including qualifying defects in original components and supplied parts.
Where an eligible defect is confirmed, Hydropath Technology Ltd will repair or replace the defective product or component according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
HydroFLOW Canada assists Canadian customers with troubleshooting, claims and warranty service coordination.
The residential warranty is separate from HydroFLOW Canada's 12-Month Money-Back Guarantee.
Warranty Conditions and Exclusions
Products must be correctly installed, operated and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Coverage excludes failures or damage directly attributable to:

Improper installation or misuse.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Electrical surges or unstable power supplies.

Accidental damage, negligence or unsuitable operating conditions.

Normal wear and tear unrelated to manufacturing defects.
The manufacturer recommends using a surge-protected power supply.
Products must be purchased through HydroFLOW Canada or an authorized sales channel.
Optional 5-Year and 7-Year Extended Warranties
HydroFLOW Canada offers optional extended warranty coverage on eligible residential products for an additional purchase cost.
These warranties extend the total product warranty period to 5 or 7 years from the original purchase date, including the standard 3-Year Manufacturer's Warranty.

Standard 3-Year Warranty: Included with eligible products and backed by Hydropath Technology Ltd (UK).

Optional 5-Year Extended Warranty: Provides 5 years of total coverage, with HydroFLOW Canada providing the additional 2 years after the manufacturer's standard warranty expires.

Optional 7-Year Extended Warranty: Provides 7 years of total coverage, with HydroFLOW Canada providing the additional 4 years after the manufacturer's standard warranty expires.
Extended warranties are provided by Good Question Marketing Inc., operating as HydroFLOW Canada, and are subject to their applicable terms, conditions and exclusions.
Extended warranty coverage is separate from the 12-Month Money-Back Guarantee and does not extend the Money-Back Guarantee period.

2. Commercial & Industrial Products – Manufacturer's Warranty
All eligible HydroFLOW Commercial & Industrial Generation 4 systems are backed by Hydropath Technology Ltd (UK).
Warranty duration and available extensions depend on the product series.

Extended coverage requires compliance with the manufacturer's registration and installation requirements.
Commercial & Industrial Warranty Conditions
Where a qualifying manufacturing defect is confirmed during the applicable warranty period, Hydropath Technology Ltd may repair or replace the defective equipment at its discretion.
Products must be correctly installed and operated according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Protective covers are required for outdoor, harsh or hazardous environments. Multihead units require protective covers regardless of installation environment.
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, misuse, negligence and unsuitable operating conditions may invalidate coverage.
Generation 4 warranties apply to eligible products purchased or installed on or after January 1, 2026.
Warranty commencement and extensions are governed by the applicable manufacturer's warranty documentation.
Commercial and industrial purchases are also subject to HydroFLOW Canada's Commercial Terms & Conditions and the applicable full manufacturer's warranty.
3. Warranty Claims and Customer Support
HydroFLOW Canada serves as the primary Canadian contact for warranty assistance.
For Residential warranty claims, customers should contact our team with proof of purchase, product model, a description of the problem and relevant photographs where available.
Commercial and Industrial warranty claims must follow the manufacturer's designated warranty claim process. HydroFLOW Canada can assist with claim preparation and coordination.
Customers should contact HydroFLOW Canada before arranging equipment returns.
Warranty repairs, replacements, exclusions and shipping arrangements are subject to the applicable manufacturer's terms and Canadian law.
Eligible residential HydroFLOW water-conditioning systems are also supported by HydroFLOW Canada's separate 12-Month Money-Back Guarantee.
This guarantee addresses qualifying limescale-control performance concerns rather than equipment defects.
It requires a minimum of six months of normal operation, with qualifying claims submitted within 12 months of purchase.
The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to commercial or industrial purchases or HydroFLOW Oscilloscope equipment.

5. Canadian Consumer Rights
All manufacturer's warranties operate in addition to applicable legal warranties and statutory consumer protections.
Nothing in these warranty terms excludes, restricts or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable Canadian federal or provincial legislation.
Where applicable law provides additional protections, those statutory rights take precedence over conflicting voluntary warranty provisions.
