Food drives the world; apart from clean water, access to adequate food is the primary concern for most people on earth, which makes advancements in agriculture a worldwide objective. Throughout history this important sector has evolved to become increasingly more resourceful. Farms and food processing plants are challenged with finding ways to become more efficient by optimizing their processes.
The innovative HydroFLOW device offers eco-friendly and economically sound solutions that include: increased crop yield, increased water quality, reduced water usage, reduced chemical usage and reduced equipment maintenance.
HydroFLOW complies with the United States Department of Agriculture as an Organic Crop Production Aid for both irrigation and food processing operations. By integrating HydroFLOW into their business, farming and food processing operations realize a quick return on investment.
The HydroFLOW i Range water conditioner provides a chemical-free solution for the harmful effects of scale, corrosion, bacteria, and algae within the industrial, commercial and agriculture sectors.
In addition, the device increases filtration efficiency via flocculation. This durable water conditioner is fully encapsulated and waterproof, with an IP rating of 68 (NEMA 6P).
Designed for ease of installation, the device is simply assembled around the pipe and connected to an 87-240V AC 47-63 Hz power source. Standard sized units fit pipes ranging from 25mm (1”) to 200mm (7 ⅞”) maximum outer diameter. For larger pipe sizes, devices can be customized to fit specific requirements.
The i Range water conditioner is HydroFLOW’s most popular range. Key features include an imbedded power supply inside the transducer and a hardwired brass electrical connector that makes it extremely robust.

Water from wells and dug-outs, often used in crop spraying and in many mixes on the farm, is hard water. Even water from cities and municipalities is not as soft as you may think.
According to the Water Quality Association, water hardness is listed in grains per gallon (gpg) or in parts of million (ppm) and interpreted as follows:
Soft: 0 – 1 grains per gallon (gpg); 0 parts per million (ppm)
